And to play me, I'd pick...

Barbra Streisand, who else?

Your Score: James L. Brooks

Your film will be 59% romantic, 39% comedy, 50% complex plot, and a $ 51 million budget.

Filmography: Terms of Endearment, Spanglish, As Good As It Gets, Broadcast News, etc. He also is responsible for bringing The Simpsons to TV (from when he produced The Tracy Ullman Show). It's likely that the audience will cry if Jimmy makes your film. In fact, the Simpsons writing team gave the name "Jimmies" to those sweet, tender, loving moments that end some Simpsons episodes. Also, that's he who says, "How about some sponge cake? With a brandy glaze! Muwahaha!" Seriously, though, he knows how to tap into the humanity of his characters and draw out Oscar-nominated quality performances from his actors.

We play this game all the time, casting the movie of our lives. In our movie, which I want either Lawrence Kasdan or Richard Curtis to direct, I would pick William Hurt to play [livejournal.com profile] nodeal57, and he would pick Holly Hunter to play me. *giggle*

Hmmm...I would almost say Bernadette Peters more than Barbara Streisand...but that's just MY personal preference on who I would get to play you!! :D

I'm thinking Jack Black for myself. And I agree with Bernadette (but that's mainly 'cause I just don't like Barbra). But hey, it's your biopic, babe . . .

Hugh Jackman as Bruce?

*chuckle* Sound like good choices to me!

You know that does make more sense! I just automatically said Barbara 'cause I used to get told all the time how much I looked like her...

I can SO see that!

The more I think on it (which is not very much at best!) I agree that Bernadette would be more able to play the variety of oddness that my life entails. And hell yeah, Hugh Jackman as Bruce....damned good choice!

But I'm not sure if Barbara would play Queen Elisabeth...hell, she won't even play TULSA! But Bernadette Peters WILL! :D
