Learning from dogs, once again...

Alrighty, story-time and lunch are now over and it's back to work for me. I've got a costume workshop tonight at the Castle, a fitting with Gloria tomorrow and then another costume workshop tomorrow night. The CD has been duped and is now here. Ben's doing a fabulous job on the CD artwork; it truly rocks. Somewhere in here we've got to get the CD artwork finalized and over to a printer so maybe we can still take the new CDs to Excalibur this weekend. QG will be just a duo this time which sucks but Amber's got to work. That also cuts out our melody instrument and about half our repretoire but nothing to be done. Got to make sure all our fair gear is in shape and pack. Not to mention my home decor client who's kitchen shades I need to start and finish this month!
So please forgive me if I don't stay caught up in reading all my flist; working my arse off right now (except that it doesn't seem to be going anywhere!) trying to keep caught up with everything. But still, reading about some other folks' challenges reminds me that there's nothing here that I don't love to do and all these challenges I've taken on myself, so if I'm overbooked, I only have myself to blame. We're doing what we love and we're doing it in partnership which is just wonderful. I've got a gorgeous day to look at and even got a little digging in the garden done this morning; planted a forsythia yesterday and maybe some bulbs later today.
Later!
Hugs to everybody,
Rowan
