New friend...

I have this nifty new friend, ysabetwordsmith who is bright, articulate, hard-working, savvy, thoughtful and very, very caring. We share many interests in common, like history and science fiction, renaissance festivals, wicca, creativity, sewing, writing; makes sense that we'd become friends. I "met" her over at the magicgarden group to which we both belong when she posted and I commented...and well, things went from there to friending one another.

I quickly found out that this nifty woman also puts her money where her mouth is; after the debacle of "Helix" she and some other writers worked very hard to start a new writers' web-site: http://transcriptase.org/ (sorry that I'm taking the cop-out like this, but I'm also sewing like mad.)
