Whilst getting some stuff organized around here, it occurred to me to note that I still have some Apple Butter. I even have one Lemon Curd left from the original batch.

So...if anyone wants the Best Apple Butter Around (as certified by just about everyone who's tasted it) there's still some left. Payment by cash, check or PayPal to rowangolightly (at) gmail (dot) com. Shipping is additional.

I have at $5/pint:

2 pints of Apple Butter NSA - no sweetener added

7 pints of Apple Butter Light - sweetened with Agave nectar and honey

2 pints of Apple Butter, Original recipe - sweetened with molasses, brown sugar and maple syrup

1 half pint of Lemon curd for $5/half pint (because it's expensive to make but Oh So Worth it!) But somebody better get it before I open it myself - last one left, first one who comments and pays for it, gets it. It's really labor intensive to make.

Will consider making another batch if there's enough demand. I've gotten a jar of Penzey's crushed lemon zest which I'll try in the next batch for taste/improved ease of making.


I would consider making more Original if there is enough call for it.

And as long as I'm feeling reckless, I would consider making baked treats for Valentine's Day if enough people show an interest. For instance, I make a really decadent French Silk Pie, fabulous Blueberry muffins and amazing Cinnamon Rolls. For the more savory inclined, there's always Sausage roll aka sausage cookies. I haven't priced making any of those but if enough interest is shown, I will do so.
