THIS IS THE ORDERING POST FOR APPLE BUTTER and BAKED GOODS.

If you're wanting to order one of the following items, please leave a comment.
All comments will be screened since I need contact info to fulfill all the orders.
I have added in the pumpkin seeds; if you want a different variety, let me know and I can very likely accommodate.

What I need specifically is:
Your *real* name, your address, phone number and email address.
The item(s) you want to order, the quantity of each and which additions, if any, that you want.
Please note if there is a specific timeline in which you want to receive the products.

I regret that prices have had to raise a bit but ingredients have as well.

Each jar/loaf will be decorated with a sticker with the ingredients listed. There are no preservatives whatsoever in any of the products. The loaves of bread are full-sized loaves. I am using Splenda, Stevia and Agave nectar as the sugar substitute, as needed (specify which sugar substitude you wish; stevia is being problematic.) I use strictly Penzey's spices and vanilla, and unbleached flour. The eggs are local and organic, as is the honey.

The average shipping cost for 2 jars of apple butter and a loaf of bread should be $10-$15 via USPS.
My preferred method of payment is PayPal, to the address rowangolightly (at) gmail (dot) com. I do accept checks from friends if you prefer that method. If you're local, cash also works.

Note: this is the second order post. I have a spreadsheet made containing info on the 4 orders already placed and unfulfilled as of yet. I will be baking and shipping the week of the 18th when Longest Night Ball is done. IF you specifically need them prior to Christmas, please note that in your order. I will appreciate all orders as this is one of the methods by which I hope to pay January rent.

Whilst getting some stuff organized around here, it occurred to me to note that I still have some Apple Butter. I even have one Lemon Curd left from the original batch.

So...if anyone wants the Best Apple Butter Around (as certified by just about everyone who's tasted it) there's still some left. Payment by cash, check or PayPal to rowangolightly (at) gmail (dot) com. Shipping is additional.

I have at $5/pint:

2 pints of Apple Butter NSA - no sweetener added

7 pints of Apple Butter Light - sweetened with Agave nectar and honey

2 pints of Apple Butter, Original recipe - sweetened with molasses, brown sugar and maple syrup

1 half pint of Lemon curd for $5/half pint (because it's expensive to make but Oh So Worth it!) But somebody better get it before I open it myself - last one left, first one who comments and pays for it, gets it. It's really labor intensive to make.

Will consider making another batch if there's enough demand. I've gotten a jar of Penzey's crushed lemon zest which I'll try in the next batch for taste/improved ease of making.


I would consider making more Original if there is enough call for it.

And as long as I'm feeling reckless, I would consider making baked treats for Valentine's Day if enough people show an interest. For instance, I make a really decadent French Silk Pie, fabulous Blueberry muffins and amazing Cinnamon Rolls. For the more savory inclined, there's always Sausage roll aka sausage cookies. I haven't priced making any of those but if enough interest is shown, I will do so.
