Alrighty, the wedding invitations go out today. Or tomorrow morning at the very latest.

I'm putting all the addresses on our weddingannouncer site and checking them twice. There's a few I have found that I don't have OR I don't have a 'real' last name for some folk...ah well. And I need Bruce's help for the addresses for his family members that I don't have yet. Poor baby, he's still not feeling well but he's on his way home after going to the doctor so that's good.

So, most of them are being done with clear labels; I lost way too much time dealing with farking printers (and of course, today the Brother isn't wanting to print again!) But the important thing is that they get out!

Then I've found that the wedding web-site has this deal where it assigns pin numbers to each guest listed for RSVPing and it won't let you do it another way. Here: http://bruceandsusi.weddingannouncer.com/
I'm circumventing their procedure by just writing the pin number on the invitations. The only real reason for RSVPing here is so that we make sure we're going to have enough food at the reception.

So this post has two purposes:
1) When you receive your invitation, please use the pin code that I'm writing by the web-site addy to RSVP acceptance or regrets.

2) If you wish to come to the wedding and I DO NOT have your address, please email it to me today or don't bitch about not having gotten an invitation.

But please tell your folks that it includes them too, if they should wish to come. I was in a hurry when I sent over the list for labels and so didn't get their first names on it.

I think we are all planing on going up to the KC ren faire that first weekend anyhow. Jim, our wayward Iraq soldier, is due back on the 7th next week, and he wanted to go at least one weekend. ^_^

Why don't we do first thing in the morning before it gets terribly hot? *giggle* And I just asked Jenny if she was going to be here on Wednesday. She said, "YES! I'm going to stay right here!" while she grabbed onto the side of her chair.

Chemise and bodice would be a good idea to bring. Heck, there'll still be some of the chocolate & ice cream dessert around by then, too.

I'm quite certain that I do but why don't you go ahead and send it to me anyway....somehow I've gotten too many lists and I don' t want to leave anyone out.

It's also not like you can't come without an invitation since we've been inviting people by word of mouth but I'd like for you to have one of these, especially since you collected violets for them. BTW, your's preserved very nicely indeed.
