Anybody need housing in New Orleans?

There is this really amazing, talented artist friend-of-a-friend, wonderful woman I know who lives in New Orleans (and you all think *I* have an interesting life!) She has an apartment in her domicile to rent; it's reasonable rent and truly lovely space. Her recent tenant has gone to law school and so the space is open. She needs to rent it and I can vouch for her that it'd be perfect space for 1 or 2 people. The house has just been COMPLETELY renovated and it really, really neat. I saw the before, during and after pics and know how hard she and her sweetie worked on it.

Hell, a little part of the wandering gypsy in me wants to do it myself. Ok, it's a tiny part, but it's there, trust me on this.
