Breathing...

I cannot solve everyone's problems. I have enough to do right on front of me. I must focus on my to do list and let everyone else work out their own issues for the rest of the week.

I'm fine...but stepping back. I will not allow stress to ruin the rest of my week. I should be able to enjoy this time and prepare for our joyful day and for the huge weekend coming up. This is me preaching to myself since it is my nature to nurture and wanna fix everyone else's stuff. I simply cannot spend my time that way this week.

YE GODS! And then the phone rings and it's Merle, Dad's wife, wanting to talk. Apparently the card they sent us came back, guess she copied the address down wrong. And since she's deaf and arthritic, you can imagine me trying to spell out the numbers and letters ten times each....

Ok, the crinoline is almost done....other people's problems and stresses are THEIR's. I will not let this affect me.

After hearing and reading things here & there over the past few weeks. I figure that there's about maybe 400 other people inadditio to the names on the invite list(and maybe half of KC) that want to attend this Shindig.

I'll lay money that the event makes the front page of your local papers. If anyone hasn't called them yet. Hehehe, maybe I aughta be a stinker and do it?????

Do me a big favor and actually slow down at the wedding enough to enjoy and remember it.

I was in charge of my wedding to the extent that I have to go back through the pictures and video and go "oh! THAT's what happened!" I was so busy that I honesty don't remember most of it. And I also see wonderful moments with friends that I completely missed out on because I was off being in charge of something else.

Queen Elizabeth, known as the Virgin Queen, has finally consented to marry--420 years after her death...

Chuckling. You'd have to wear "her" for that to be effective and we'd much rather see Susi at this one.

Likewise, I've always been glad that Bruce met me *not* as Elizabeth; didn't see me play Elizabeth until last year at White Hart. I"ve already done that 'fall in love with the queen and not Susi" relationship; no thanks!

Don't worry, on the wedding day I'm going to hang on to her corset strings, and if she tries to take on anything, I'm ging to tug...she'll either get the message or get married with an 18 inch waist. *giggles*

You know how much I love you but I have to tell you how much other people love you as well is just amazing. I know you've a lot on your shoulder right now but I can't help but think of how blessed you are when I read the comments in your journal.
