Ooooh cool...

You see the durnedest things on the google ads! I HAD to click on this...

I WANT one...but I certainly wouldn't paint it as plainly as that one, no siree!

Yes, it is a large tarp! I read in one of the blogs how a single tarp is just a bit too narrow to extend all the way to the overhang over the door so they were talking about shortening the length. NO, just put a french seam in there and waterproof it and have as much length as you want.

*sigh*

I know Beloved won't go for building one of these, but a girl can dream, can't she?

But a winter pool cover is not the same as a tarp, they come in very large sizes, are totally water/weather proof and come in COLORS!

Of COURSE, that's brilliant! Hey, our's isn't waterproof...did we get a bad one? I'm SO new to pool ownership, I wouldn't know...

It really depends...there are some heavy duty mesh covers that work primarily to keep debris out of your pool over winter, and then there are the heavy duty waterproof covers like we have. The waterproof ones are more expensive.

You know, I'd love to build one of these things just so I could paint it!

No kidding! That would be so much fun...

And hey, now I know a bit more about pool covers!

Ok, in reading, I see they do allow for water drainage so that really wouldn't work to waterproof the top of a vardo. Hmmm...also, looks like they painted it; wonder what that would do. Ok,ok...getting away from this to get the WORK done that I must around here. But dayum, what a cool idea!

OH, ok....I see. Oh, how cool is that?
