There ya go! Now as to directions to pay, ship and all that:
1. Winners email me! Will all the winners please email me immediately at: rowangolightly (at) gmail (dot) com, confirming the amount you are paying and how you want to pay it. I will be keeping close track of all this stuff. I need to know the following: Real name, address, telephone number (in order to arrange shipping of stuff.) This includes everyone who bought either an item or a service.

2. PLEASE PAY NOW! Sooner everybody pays, sooner AmberBob can go get her car.
Make payments directly to AmberBob, either to her PayPal account, at leaghasybil (at) yahoo (dot) com or by check mailed directly to her (I will give the address to those who need it). AmberBob will notify both the donor and me when she receives payment.

3. DONORS email me now! FOR THOSE ITEMS BEING SHIPPED, I need to know the following: Real name (and LJ name, please), address, the dimensions (including length, width and height) of the parcel and the weight of it.

4. GO AHEAD AND PAY for those items being hand-made to custom order. Please email both me and the donor your preferences/choices so that the item may be made.

5. AmberBob will notify donors and me when she has received payment, then...

6. Each donor will mail out the donated item.

Shipping information: April, [livejournal.com profile] aoifemacewen, has kindly offered to give packing/shipping advice and has even more kindly offered to mail shipping labels at a discount to the donors to help them get the donations to the winners in the least expensive manner possible, other than hand-delivering. In order to do this, we need: donor's address, the dimensions (including length, width and height) of the parcel and the weight of it. She will then generate the label and mail it to the sender/donor. (This is why I am asking all donors for this information, so I can collect it all and give to her all at one time.

The receipt/delivery/service of any non-tangible donation, such as readings or classes will be determined by mutual agreement of the donor and winner as to time and place. In other words, I'm staying the heck out of those details, other than to see to it that each item has been completed and delivered.

Ok? Ok. I think I've put everything in here that needs to be.

Questions? (But please read through the whole thing first) Comments...brickbats?

You've got a bit of borked coding here, hon.

I think it is in [livejournal.com profile] hdsqrl's username...I think you have a dash in there that doesn't belong.

Actually had three of them...think its fixed now!

There's a few places where the coding is still a bit off, but it's much better.

I am, once again, awestruck and amazed and overjoyed. Thank you so very, very much.

Should be all fixed now, I think!

You're most welcome, hon!

What is the best way for me to notify you and the donor when each item is paid? Would you prefer me to comment here, e-mail you, or comment on the individual item's post? What will make your record keeping the easiest?

Good question.

I have an Excel Spreadsheet with everything on it and I will give you a copy of it once we're done, if you want.

I think emailing me when you receive payments will probably work best, no need to have it go through LJ.

Payments are already coming in! YAY!

You are missing your donor name on #33. Definitely don't want to leave [livejournal.com profile] tarsa off the list!

K's etsy shop is gnomeworks.etsy.com (for #23)

No brickbats, just a big kudos for pulling all of this together and, unsurprisingly, running it in fine fashion.

Thank you very much! The kudos are greatly appreciated, especially coming from this source.

Now if I could get a highly paying job doing this....I'd probably hate it if I had to do it. *grin*

Mrrr? What does "especially coming from this source" mean? Maybe it's time for more coffee...

As to your last sentence, I absolutely agree. :)

Bravo, bravo! (And I wanted that CD anyway! Was glad to see it offered.) I'll email you (and pay AmberBob) per instructions.

Do you want me to reimburse you for your shipping charges, too?

Date: 2009-08-20 09:59 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] rowangolightly.livejournal.com
Thank you, dear...on several counts. As AB noted, if you label the PayPal payment as a gift, it saves the fees...something I didn't realize until today.

No, don't worry about the shipping charges; April's going to generate mailing labels so it won't cost me a thing to send it to you.

From: [identity profile] fionnabhar.livejournal.com
If it's all right with you, I'd rather confer about colors and whatnot directly with the recipient, rather than through a third party. I have no problem with your brokering the exchange of money. I plan to mail my finished product directly, so do you still need mailing info from me? I have no idea what it might weigh until its done.

Date: 2009-08-21 03:51 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] rowangolightly.livejournal.com
Absolutely, and I'd rather you did.

Haven't heard from this particular person yet so I hope it all goes through. OH, that's one thing I forgot to mention in teh notes...what happens if someone doesn't pay within a certain amount of time. Ah well, we'll see.

What I'm thinking on that is if the winner doesn't respond in, oh say, a week, I'll ping them and then if no response, it'll go to the next bidder up in line.

Thing with the address is for April to process if you want a mailing label so you don't have to pay shipping. She's willing to mail everybody shipping labels but she has to have both addresses and all that stuff in order to determine now much the shipping label will be. Up to you...
